Every taxicab driver shall post in a conspicuous place in the taxicab operated by him or her a photograph of the driver, of a size designated by the taxicab inspector. The photograph, together with an extra print of the photograph for the town’s use, shall be furnished by the owner of the taxicab or the operator himself or herself.
