§ 110.36 DECEIVING PASSENGERS PROHIBITED, COMPLIANCE WITH REQUESTS OF PASSENGERS.
   No taxicab driver shall deceive or attempt to deceive any passenger or prospective passenger as to his or her destination or rate of fare to be charged, nor shall he or she convey or cause to be conveyed any passenger to a place other than directed, nor shall he or she take a longer route to the destination directed by the passenger than necessary, unless requested to do so by the passenger. All drivers shall comply with all reasonable and lawful requests of passengers as to speed and routes to be taken.
