§ 110.24 SAME; FOR ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION OF WHISKEY.
   Any taxicab owner, upon a first conviction of having his or her taxicab used for the transportation of whiskey in violation of law, shall be deprived of the use of the taxicab for taxicab purposes for a period of three months; upon a second conviction of having his or her taxicab used for the transportation of whiskey within a two-year period, shall be deprived of the use of the taxicab for taxicab purposes for a period of six months; and, upon a third conviction within a two-year period of having his or her taxicab used for the transportation of whiskey, the certificate of necessity for the taxicab shall be permanently revoked and under no circumstances may the cab be replaced. In the event a cab owner operates a cab or cabs for a period of two years with no conviction for having his or her cab or cabs used for the illegal transportation of whiskey, all previous offenses for the violation not exceeding two offenses shall be stricken out and a new two-year period shall then begin for the taxicab owner.
