§ 110.23 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION; GROUNDS GENERALLY, NOTICE AND HEARING.
   (A)   Certificates may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Commissioners at any time in case the Board of Commissioners finds the owner’s record to be unsatisfactory; or if the owner fails to operate his or her taxicabs in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; or if the owner shall cease to operate any taxicab for a period of 30 days without having obtained permission for cessation of the operation from the Board of Commissioners; and for any other reason which the Board of Commissioners may deem warrants suspension or revocation.
   (B)   No certificate shall be revoked unless and until the holder of the certificate is given 48 hours’ notice of a hearing and the hearing is duly had thereon.
