§ 110.19 MEMORANDUM CERTIFICATES, ISSUING AND DISPLAYING.

A memorandum certificate shall be issued by the inspector for each taxicab for which a certificate has been granted. The memorandum certificate shall be displayed at all times in a conspicuous place in the taxicab for which issued, as provided in this chapter.
