§ 110.06 SAME; INSPECTION, REQUIRED, REPORTS, EXPENSES PAID BY OWNER, REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS WHEN FOUND UNSAFE.
   (A)   All taxicabs shall be inspected by a reputable mechanic approved by the inspector at least once in every three months. Reports of the inspection shall be prepared in triplicate, one copy to be kept by the garage making the inspection, one copy to be sent to the inspector and the third copy to be retained by the owner of the taxicabs being inspected.
   (B)   Any taxicab which is found after inspection to be unsafe or in any way unsuitable for taxicab operation shall not be operated as a taxicab until all necessary repairs or alterations are made.
