Every owner of taxicabs in the town is responsible in the operation of his or her taxicabs in the following particulars:
(A) Every taxicab is operated in accordance with the laws of this state and town, and the provisions of this chapter;
(B) Every taxicab is kept clean at all times, the exterior as needed, and the interior at least once each day;
(C) Every owner or operator shall maintain on file with the inspector his or her name, business address, home address, garage address, telephone numbers of each address, names of all drivers, and their addresses, and all vehicles licensed as taxicabs, their state and city license numbers, motor numbers, and any other information deemed necessary; and
(D) Each owner shall cooperate with the inspector in every way possible in connection with the provisions of the ordinances of the town regulating taxicabs.
