§ 30.01 GOVERNING BODY.
   (A)   The governing body of the town shall consist of a Mayor and Board of Commissioners of five members, elected according to the uniform municipal election laws of the state.
   (B)   The governing body shall be charged with the general government and administration of the affairs of the town.
