§ 71.46 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   GOLF CART. As defined by G.S. § 20-4.01(12b) or any successive amendment thereto.

   OPERATE. To drive, or be in physical control of a golf cart that is moving or has its key inserted and in the “on” position.

   PUBLIC STREETS AND ROADS. Those streets, roads, and highways owned and/or maintained by the town or the state, including any associated right-of-way.

   TOWN. The Town of Ranlo, North Carolina.
