§ 70.090 STANDING OR PARKING CLOSE TO CURB.
   (A)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement, and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway, except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   Where public parking is located adjacent to the roadway on residential streets, the parking for each residence shall be restricted to the area immediately in front of the residential lot by the property owners or renters.
      (1)   All others are subject to being towed away by the town’s Police Department.
      (2)   This will be handled on a complaint basis by the town’s Police Department.
   (C)   Parking on public streets shall be limited to residential vehicles only. No commercial motor vehicles ((26,100) pounds or more), campers, boats, buses, and or any other large vehicle, which would obstruct the view of oncoming traffic and create a hazard to the public, shall be allowed to park on town-owned public parking.
