(A) No person may operate a motor vehicle which is required to be registered on the streets of the town unless there is displayed on the rear or front of the motor vehicle the license plate issued therefor by the town.
(B) Every license plate shall be displayed throughout the current year for which it is issued in a manner as to be visible at all times.
