§ 150.78 EMERGENCY REPAIRS.
   Where any unsafe building or structure poses an immediate danger to the health, safety, or general welfare of any person or persons, and the owner fails to remedy the situation in a reasonable time after notice by the City Clerk to do so, the city may summarily repair such building or structure.
