§ 153.003 JURISDICTION.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply within the planning jurisdiction of the city, as established on the map entitled “The Official Zoning Map of the City of Randolph, Nebraska”. The jurisdiction includes the zoning areas within and out to one mile of the corporate limits of the city.
