§ 91.10 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE.
   (A)   There shall be imposed an annual assessment upon every city cemetery lot which has been sold and unused with no interment for a period of 75 years.
   (B)   The annual assessment fee hereby established shall be the sum of $5 each year until the assessment has been paid.
