(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates § 90.36 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. The penalty for such violation shall be in any amount not to exceed $500 in the discretion of the court and every 24-hour period of any violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person or persons violating § 90.37 shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished with a fine of not more than $500 for each offense; provided further, it shall be unlawful for any person to continue to operate and maintain, or attempt to continue to operate and maintain a dog kennel within the zoning jurisdiction of the city after the revocation of his or her license to do so, and in so doing, each and every day thereafter shall constitute a separate offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense of which said person stands convicted.
