SCHEDULE II. TRUCK PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall park a motor vehicle generally described as a truck, whether it be a straight truck, tractor-trailer combination, or other vehicle referred to as a truck which is licensed to a capacity of four or more tons, on any residential street of the city at any time, except for a temporary period for the purpose of loading and unloading.
   (B)   The provisions of § 72.03(A) of this title shall not apply to parking on:

Broadway Street
Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street
Hughson Street
Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street
Wayne Street
Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street
 
   (C)   The provisions of § 72.03 and division (A) above shall not apply to parking on the following streets:

Main Street
Between their intersection with Park Street and ending with their intersection with United States Highway No. 20
Nebraska Street
