(A) No person shall park a motor vehicle generally described as a truck, whether it be a straight truck, tractor-trailer combination, or other vehicle referred to as a truck which is licensed to a capacity of four or more tons, on any residential street of the city at any time, except for a temporary period for the purpose of loading and unloading.
(B) The provisions of § 72.03(A) of this title shall not apply to parking on:

Broadway Street | Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street |
Hughson Street | Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street |
Wayne Street | Between their intersection with Douglas Street and ending with their intersection with Nebraska Street |
(C) The provisions of § 72.03 and division (A) above shall not apply to parking on the following streets:

Main Street | Between their intersection with Park Street and ending with their intersection with United States Highway No. 20 |
