(A) There is established within the city the following truck route.

Nebraska Street | South from its intersection with Wayne Street to its intersection with Park Street |
Park Street | West from its intersection with Nebraska Street to its intersection with Main Street |
Washington Street | North from its intersection with Broadway Street to its intersection with U.S. Highway 20 |
Wayne Street | East then southeast, from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with Bridge Street |
(B) All trucks entering the city shall operate only over and along the route designated in this section.
