§ 71.070 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEVIATING TRUCK. A truck which leaves and departs from the truck route while traveling in the city.
   TRUCK. Any vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property, and whose body weight or whose combined body and load weight, or whose rated capacity exceeds 15,000 pounds.
   TRUCK ROUTE. A way over certain streets, as designated in this subchapter, over and along which trucks coming into and going out of the city must operate.
