§ 51.27 LIABILITY.
   The manager shall be relieved from personal liability. The city shall hold harmless the manager, when acting in good faith and without malice, from all personal liability for any damage that may occur to any person or property as a result of any act required or authorized by this title or by reason of any act or omission of the manager in the discharge of his or her duties hereunder. Any suit brought carrying out the provisions of the title shall be defended by the city or the city’s insurance carrier, if any, through final determination of such proceeding.
