§ 35.17 AMENDING SCHEDULE OF FEES.
   (A)   The City Administrator is authorized to amend and alter the general schedule of fees, excluding rates or charges for city utility services, from time to time.
   (B)   The City Administrator shall report all changes to the schedule of fees at the regular meeting following such change.
