§ 10.17 LOCAL CHANGES TO THIS CODE OF ORDINANCES.
   (A)   Any provision of this code of ordinances may be repealed, modified or superseded by an ordinance passed by the City Council.
   (B)   An ordinance repealing, modifying, or superseding any provision of this code may be codified as part of this code.
