All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the City from any loss or damage that may be directly or indirectly occasioned by the installation of the building sewer. The property owner shall own the service connection from the building to the sewer main, including the sanitary sewer wye and all connections to the wye.
