(A) At the time a private wastewater disposal system is deemed:
(1) to not be protective of ground water in accordance with Minn. Rules part 7080.1500 subp. 4(B), a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer within ten months in compliance with this chapter, pursuant to City Code § 51.018, or
(2) to be an imminent threat to public health or safety in accordance with Minn. Rules part 7080.1500 subp. 4(A), a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer within 30 days in compliance with this chapter, pursuant to City Code § 51.18.
(B) Within 365 days of the occurrence of part (A)(1) or (A)(2) above, any septic tanks, cesspools and similar private wastewater disposal systems shall be cleaned of sludge. The bottom shall be broken to permit drainage, and the tank or pit filled or may be removed.
