§ 51.37 TYPE, CAPACITIES, LOCATION AND LAYOUT.
   The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private wastewater disposal system shall comply with all requirements of County ordinance and Minn. Rules Ch. 7080, Individual Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems Program and Minn. Stat. § 155.55. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet.
