The application for a minor subdivision or a lot combination resulting in three or fewer legal conforming lots may be approved by the City Council upon submission of a certified survey identifying existing lots and the proposed lot subdivision or combination, with legal descriptions and accompanied by the appropriate minor subdivision filing fee. Minor subdivisions of commercial or industrial properties must be platted.
