As required by Minn. Stat. § 15.99, notice of approvals and denials of applications for a zoning amendment, site plan, conditional use permit, land use permit, variance or any other application which requires a city approval under this chapter must be provided within the timeline and following the process of Minn. Stat. § 15.99. Failure to follow the requirements of the statute may result in automatic approval of applications.
