The purpose of this Chapter is to establish the official fee structure for the City of Randolph for application fees, including the reimbursement of administrative expenses, operating expenses, and out of pocket expenses for services (including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees, engineers’ fees, planners’ fees and other consultants fees incurred by the City in processing the applicant’s request) whether or not included in separate ordinances. When a fee structure is conflicting in one or more ordinances, the most recently adopted fee schedule shall prevail.
