   Minn. Rules Ch. 7819 is hereby adopted by reference and is incorporated into this Code as if set out in full. The definitions included in Minn. Stat. § 237.162, Minn. Rules part 7819.0100, and Minn. Rules part 7560.0100 are hereby adopted by reference and are incorporated into this chapter as if set out in full.
