§ 115.05 LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMITTED.
   Lawful gambling is permitted within the City if the Council, by resolution adopted by a majority of its members authorizes lawful gambling to occur, provided it is conducted in accordance with Minn. Stat. §§ 609.75 to 609.763, inclusive; Minn. Stat. §§ 349.11 to 349.23, inclusive, and this chapter.
