§ 30.12 APPLICATION OF STATE LAWS.
   The provisions of the Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, the Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. § 13D, and the laws relating to Gifts to Local Officials, Minn. Stat. § 471.895, apply to the City Council and all boards and commissions of this City and their members.
