§ 30.122 TERM.

(A) The Mayor shall, before July 1 of each year, appoint one Trustee to take the place of the retiring Trustee who shall hold office for three years or until a successor is appointed.

(B) By and with the advice and consent of the Village Board, the Mayor may remove any Trustee as provided herein.
