§ 30.105 DETENTION OF MONEY BY VILLAGE COLLECTOR.
   The Village Collector is prohibited from keeping the village’s money in the Village Collector’s possession, or in the possession of any person for the Village Collector’s use, beyond any violation of this provision shall subject the Village Collector to immediate removal from office.
