§ 30.101 APPOINTED; VACANCY.
   The Collector shall be appointed for a four-year term by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Village Board and the Village Collector shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and has qualified. All vacancies shall be filled in the manner prescribed in 65 ILCS 5/3.1-30-5.
