§ 30.062 TREASURER APPOINTED; VACANCY.

The Treasurer shall be appointed for a four-year term by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Village Board and the Treasurer shall serve until the Treasurer’s successor is appointed and has qualified. All vacancies shall be filled in the manner prescribed in 65 ILCS 5/3.1-30-5.
