§ 115.34 LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.

The operator of any establishment holding a liquor license issued by the village shall not permit live entertainment unless issued a live entertainment license which shall require payment of a $50 annual fee and shall be available to the holders of Class C, D, E and F licenses.
