§ 115.33 HOURS OF ADMISSION, CLOSING, SALE AND CONSUMPTION.
   (A)    It shall be a violation of this chapter by the licensee to sell, offer for sale at retail or give away alcoholic liquor within any premises licensed under this chapter except for during the following hours:
      (1)   Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight);
      (2)   Monday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight);
      (3)   Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight);
      (4)   Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight);
      (5)   Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight);
      (6)   Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Saturday; and
      (7)   Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Sunday.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be a violation of this chapter by the licensee to admit the public into any premises licensed under this chapter during the hours within which the sale of alcoholic liquors is prohibited by this chapter.
      (2)   This division (B) shall not apply to premises licensed under Class C, D and E licenses.
   (C)   It shall be a violation of this chapter by the licensee for any person to consume alcoholic liquor within any premises licensed under this chapter except during the times stated in division (A) above and after 30 minutes following the end of each sale time period stated in division (A) above.
   (D)   It shall be a violation of this chapter by the licensee for any person not the licensee, the spouse of the licensee or the employees of the licensee to be or remain in any premises licensed under this chapter, except workers or other present under emergency circumstances, except during the times stated in divisions (A) and (C) above. This division (D) shall not apply to the premises licensed under Class C, D and E licenses.
   (E)   Time used in this chapter shall be the time generally adopted by the Federal Government which shall be Central Standard Time and Central Daylight Saving Time.
   (F)   (1)   Notwithstanding the specific provisions of division (A) above and any other or additional paragraphs of this chapter, if New Year’s Eve falls on a Sunday through Thursday, it shall not be a violation of this chapter by the licensee to sell, offer for sale at retail or give away alcoholic liquor on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day between the following hours:
         (a)   6:00 a.m. on New Year’s Eve to 1:00 a.m. New Year’s Day.
      (2)   Nor shall it be a violation of this chapter for persons to consume any alcoholic liquor within any premises licensed under this chapter between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 1:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day or for persons not the licensee, the spouse of the licensee, employees of the licensee or workers or others present under emergency circumstances to be or remain in any premises licensed under this chapter between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 1:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
