(A) No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor, beer, ale, stout or lager beer on any premises situated within 200 feet of any church, school, hospital, home for aged persons, institutional home for veterans, their wives or children; provided that, this provision shall not apply to hotels offering restaurant service, regularly organized clubs or to restaurants, food shops or other places where sale of alcoholic liquor is not the principal business carried on.
(B) This provision shall also not apply to club licenses applied for by church-related clubs and organizations.
