§ 115.10 RECORD OF LICENSES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued by him or her and shall supply the Clerk, Treasurer and Chief of Police a copy of the same.
   (B)   Upon issuance or revocation of a license, the Mayor shall give written notice to these same officers within 48 hours.
