For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNKYARD. Any area where used parts, machinery and equipment are placed, assembled, maintained or permitted to accumulate.
VEHICLE AND MACHINERY STORAGE AREAS. Any area where vehicles, trailers, self- propelled equipment and used equipment are placed, assembled, maintained or permitted to accumulate for periods beyond 30 days.
