(A) The village shall notify any person with control of an inoperable motor vehicle(s) of the inoperable motor vehicle(s), informing that person that he or she shall dispose of the inoperable vehicle(s) under his or her control; and, that, if that person fails to dispose of said inoperable motor vehicle(s) after seven days from the issuance of the notice, the failure constitutes a nuisance in violation of this code of ordinances for which he or she may receive an ordinance violation ticket and the Police Department may authorize a towing service to remove and take possession of the inoperable vehicle or parts thereof.
(B) The cost of towing the inoperable vehicle shall be paid by that person in control of the vehicle.
