For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUVENILE. A person who has attained ten years of age but who has not yet reached 18 years of age.
PARENTS. The lawful father or mother of an unemancipated juvenile, whether by birth or adoption.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
PROPERTY. Any real estate including improvements thereof, and personally, whether tangible or intangible.
