§ 130.13 INJURY TO STREET LAMPS, TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC LIGHT APPARATUS.
   It shall be unlawful to willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface or injure or destroy any street lamp or lamp post, telegraph, telephone, electric light or other post situated on any public property.
