§ 130.09 MONUMENTS; DESTROYING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or heedlessly change, remove or destroy any stone, stake or post set or placed to mark the corner of any lot or parcel of ground, street or alley, or to show the grade of any street, alley or sidewalk in the city.
