§ 128.06 BUILDING AND SITE REQUIREMENTS.

Buildings used for unrelated adult housing shall comply with all applicable municipal code provisions and shall be subject to annual inspection by the City Fire Department and office of the Building Inspector. Off-street parking for unrelated adult housing shall be provided at the rate of one space per tenant. The parking area shall be paved.
