§ 128.05 ENFORCEMENT OF LEASE PROVISIONS.

Each licensee shall be responsible for the enforcement of lease provisions and shall take immediate action to terminate the lease of any unrelated adult tenant who is in violation of the lease provisions specified in § 128.02(C) upon written notice of the violations by the Building Inspector.
