The members of the Police Department of the city are authorized and empowered to enforce all ordinances, rules and regulations of the Quincy Park District, a municipal corporation, to the full extent authorized, from time to time, whether expressly or impliedly, by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Quincy Park District, in and about all property of the Quincy Park District. While and with respect to enforcing ordinances, rules and regulations, the members of the Police Department shall be agents of the Quincy Park District. The authority granted hereby shall not be deemed to limit the additional authority of the members of the Police Department to enforce all ordinances, rules and regulations of the city in and about the property of the Quincy Park District.
