§ 125.056 LIMOUSINE DRIVER’S LICENSE.
   No person shall drive or operate a limousine and no owner of a limousine shall hire or permit any person to drive or operate a limousine on any of the streets and public ways in the city, or on any other property, owned by the city, unless the person shall have secured a taxicab driver’s license from the city as provided in this chapter.
