The City Clerk shall keep a register of the name of each taxicab owner licensed hereunder, together with the license number and description of each taxicab. The name and address of the insurance carrier or bonding company of the owner shall also be registered. The information, together with all matters not private by nature pertaining to the application, issuance, renewal, suspension or revocation of any license issued hereunder shall be available to public inspection.
