§ 37.13 OFFICERS.

The Fire Department may have an election of officers known as officers of the Fire Department. All members of the Department shall be entitled to vote. The officers may be elected to offices as desired by the Department, except that one office must be a Treasurer. The Board shall have a membership of five firefighters to oversee this account.
