§ 125.015 TAXICAB DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall drive or operate a taxicab and no owner of a taxicab shall hire or permit any person to drive or operate a taxicab on any of the streets any public ways in the city or on any property owned by the city, unless the person shall have secured a taxicab driver’s license from the city as provided herein.
